How to Apply (Step by Step)
- Register
- Create your account in the Online Application System during the admissions period.
- Complete your profile
- Fill in your personal details in the Personal Data section (basic details, contact information, photo, education, additional information).
- Under Education, enter the details of documents required for admission:
- Secondary school leaving certificate/Matura certificate: type, year, document number, date of issue, issuing institution, place and country of issue. Once you receive your certificate, add your grades (only those taken into account in the admissions process), then upload a scan/photo of the document.
- Details of any Olympiad achievements.
- Certificates and other documents, especially recognised foreign language certificates.
- Choose a programme
- In the Programmes section, select your field of study, degree programme (specialisation) and study mode.
- You can see all your chosen programmes under My Account → Applications. If any programme has been selected by mistake, withdraw the application.
- Pay the application fee
- Pay the fee of 85 PLN for each programme and study mode you apply for.
- Payment details (bank account number, amount due) are shown in the Payments section.
- Use the following format in the transfer title: Surname / Faculty / Programme code (from IRK Online Admissions System) / admissions year.
- The fee is non-refundable, so check your choice carefully before paying.
- Ensure the payment reaches the University account by the announced due date.
- If you pay for fewer programmes than you selected, remember to set your payment priorities in the Payments section. The priority determines which programme the payment will be assigned to. Only complete applications, including those with the required fee paid, will be considered in the admissions process
- Upload your photo
- Upload a digital photo into the system. Please make it meets the required specifications.
- Upload your documents
- Upload a copy of your Matura certificate (for Bachelor’s degree applicants).
- Applicants for Navigation (Faculty of Navigation) must also upload a Seafarer’s Medical Certificate.
- Check your status
- log in on the announced date to check your admission status.
- If your status is Qualified, you must submit the original documents to the relevant Faculty Admissions Committee, either:
- by post/courier (the date of delivery counts, not the postmark), or
- in person.
- Final results
- The results of the main admissions round will be published in the Online Application System on the announced date.
*If you pay for fewer programmes than you applied for, set your payment priorities in the Payments section. Only applications with fees paid in full will be considered.
Submitting original documents is required to confirm your place.
